How do I connect my WhatsApp Business number?
Go to Dashboard → Channels → Add Channel → WhatsApp. You'll need your WhatsApp Business API credentials (Phone Number ID and Access Token) from Meta's Business Manager.
Can I use KyaApp with multiple WhatsApp numbers?
Yes. Each WhatsApp number is added as a separate channel. Your team can manage all channels from a single inbox.
How does AI auto-reply work?
KyaApp uses AI to understand incoming messages and suggest or send automatic replies based on your configured knowledge base and conversation history. You can enable it per channel from Settings.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access tokens are encrypted before storage. We conduct regular security audits.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account stays active but messaging pauses until you choose a plan. All your data, conversations, and settings are preserved. No surprises.
